钾肥施肥量、施肥制度和施肥方法对干旱环境下棉花发育及籽棉产量的影响

现代的棉花品种需要更多的钾,盛花期和结铃期缺钾(K)会对籽棉产量带来不利影响。本研究的目标是为生长在干旱的轻质土上的现代转基因棉花(Bt.-CIM-616)确 定适当的钾肥施用量,评估分次施钾的影响,并量化额外的叶面施钾对籽棉产量及产量构成的贡献。在巴基斯坦的木尔坦中央棉花研究所进行了为期两年的(2014~2015 年)田间试验,试验分成两组。试验1中,播种期有三个钾肥施用量(0,100和200 kg K2O ha-1)或被均分成2次或4次施用,施用量分别为50 kg K2O ha-1(分成2次于播前和播种后45天施用或分成4次于播前和播种后30,45,60天施用)。试验2中,评估种植前施用0、100、200 kg K2O ha-1的钾肥,紧接着四次叶面喷洒2% K2SO4对植株结构和产量构成的影响。结果显示,补充钾素是生长在贫瘠的干旱土壤上的现代转基因棉花先决条件,因为它保证了充分的植物生长发育,增加籽棉产量到相当大的水平。然而,仅仅基施基肥不会实现棉花产量潜力。年度钾肥施用量于生长中期分成2~4次追施可显著提高籽棉产量。虽然如此,基施钾肥后,在生长季节再叶面喷施2% K2SO4 4次获得的产量最高,跟不施肥对照,产量增加超过40%,比分次施用钾肥处理产量增加了10%~15%。这些结果表明了保持与作物需求钾素营养动态相匹配的植物钾素状态的重要性,尤其是现代转基因棉花品种上表现更为明显。
