
Quality is An intrinsic property of food by which it meets predefined standard requirements (Abalaka, 1999, FAO/WHO/WTO conference, Melbourne, Australia). Quality of food is judged by its nutritional properties, its organo-leptic and hygienic characteristics, its safety and marketability and its environmental sound production protocol.
The effect of potassium on increased size, protein, oil, vitamin C, antioxidants and other characteristics of fruits and plants - all these and more leads to increased quality.
