The Symposium is held in Malmö in the southern part of Sweden, close to Alnarp where the Swedish University of Agricultural sciences has one of it's campus Both Malmö and Alnarp are situaded close to the sea.

Ecologically sound fertilizing strategies are essential for an effi cient and sustainable production of field vegetables. The objective of the symposium is to address issues directly related to this field of research.
